For items that are no longer available, we credit your order for the purchase price of those items. Taxes Sales tax is collected only on orders shipping to addresses in Pennsylvania (USA) and only on items that are taxable in that state. Payment of any other taxes, fees, duties or charges due to any government authority are the purchaser's sole responsibility. Paying for Your Order We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit, debit and charge cards. Also, you may pay with your secure PayPal account for most items, but there are some products that cannot be paid for using PayPal due to their product restrictions. If a payment choice is not valid for your particular order, it will not show up as an option on the Check Out page. Shipping We pride ourselves on shipping orders quickly. Orders for merchandise we stock in our warehouse will be shipped the same business day if received by 5:00 PM Eastern standard time (EST). These are designated as “Same Day Shipping” on the product details page. For most of our product line, the availability status is "Usually ships the next business day" which means those orders leave our warehouse within 48 hours of order placement. Shipping carrier delivery times start once your package leaves our warehouse. Occasionally an item you order may be backordered by the manufacturer or otherwise unavailable. If this is the case and you have ordered more than one item, we will hold your order for 2 days before sending the products we already have in stock. We will ship the backordered items once we have received them at no additional cost (excluding orders over 10 pounds). In the event that an item you have ordered will take us longer than 5 days to obtain, we will notify you by email and give you the choice of canceling those items or leaving them on backorder. Returning Merchandise Only one opened container of any single product is eligible for return and no more than 3 opened items per order. Open items with less than 50% of the product remaining will not be accepted for refund. All other packages of the same product must be in a factory-sealed container and, if applicable, in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the postage to return merchandise to our warehouse. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of our receiving the return merchandise. If the original purchase was made via a credit/debit/charge card, the refund will be issued to that account.
