Delivery Acceptance

BetterWay Nutrition offers a variety of shipping methods -- including both standard and expedited delivery -- to choose from during the ordering process. We are not responsible for carrier (United States Postal Service, UPS), United States Customs Service, or foreign country postal or customs service delays. Delivery times vary depending upon the carrier and shipping method chosen, as well as other factors. The responsibility for delivery of your order resides with the carrier, and customs or other government agencies if applicable, once the package is accepted by them and leaves our warehouse. You are responsible for providing correct and accurate address information as well as receiving the package at the address you provide.

You agree to accept package tracking information provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) as the sole criteria to determine proof of delivery and satisfaction of our agreement with you. You agree to waive the requirement of a signature for proof of delivery as satisfaction of our agreement with you unless you specifically request a signature confirmation in the Notes section of the order. A $1.00 fee may be charged for signature confirmation requests.

Only the delivery company selected for your order, our credit card processing company, our warehouse, and your credit card company have access to your information. We provide the delivery company your shipping address and for UPS delivery, your phone number. If UPS has difficulty delivering your order and is unable to reach you at the phone number provided, your email address may also be used to contact you so that the package may be delivered. The credit card processor and your credit card company are provided only the information necessary to charge your order or resolve any disputes.

Your information is never rented, leased or sold to any third-party for any purpose.

Will your email address be used to send spam?

Never. It is never rented, sold, leased, offered or provided to anyone who would use it for purposes other than completing your specific order.

When placing an order you can expect to receive two email messages from us. The first email is a confirmation of your order and is sent when the order is placed. Please adjust any spam filters you may have to allow email messages from customercare@betterwaynutrition.com through and take a moment to review the information provided in the confirmation email. The second email is sent on the day your order is shipped to notify you about the shipment and to provide a tracking number when available. Additional email communications may occur when delivery of your order will be delayed.

A very small number of shoppers are randomly selected to participate in survey programs.
